Your data may be transferred to other countries or be shared with others
Your personal data may be transferred and used inside and outside the country by persons other than DS. In this respect, your information may be shared with APEX Servicios, S.A. de C.V. for the purposes expressed in the section of this document entitled “What do we use your personal information for?” We promise not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the circumstances contemplated in Article 37 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in the Possession of Private Parties, and to make any such transfers in compliance with the terms established by this law, except in the cases of clauses I, II, III, IV, V, VI, and VII of Article 37 of the Law.
