INFRASTRUCTURE
DOCSOLUTIONS' specialized infrastructure enables clients to safeguard their documents, images, data and backups in external facilities, as well as to execute "information activation" projects which transform documents into accessible, useful information in a controlled, organized and efficient manner.
To safeguard and process physical documents, DOCSOLUTIONS currently has seven Document Centers, containing a combined 10,000 square meters (107,000 square feet) of space that is fully equipped with fire prevention, detection and suppression systems, closed circuit TV monitoring systems, intruder detection and alarm equipment, 24-hour private security surveillance, anti-seismic racks, information access rooms for client use that are fully equipped with all the needed office services, and contingency plans for any situation. Their location in industrial parks provides additional security.
DOCSOLUTIONS has the document processing capabilities to handle anything from simple projects requiring only a few analysts belonging to its permanent staff, to megaprojects calling for the formation and coordination of teams of 1,000 or more hand-picked, highly trained collaborators to carry them out in record time. Normally, the team consists of fully trained and equipped specialists in information technology, engineering, processes, administration and archival science, who together, under the leadership of project managers and the supervision of senior executives, carry out data capture projects pursuant to the scope of services agreed upon with the client.
Each Document Center has both records storage and records processing areas to facilitate the flow of information through DOCSOLUTIONS' information processing system all the way to its activation.

DOCSOLUTIONS' infrastructure consists of highly trained staff, facilities, certifications, and a vast investment in technology, including both hardware and software, to carry out the most challenging and complex projects ever executed in Mexico.
To store and process a client’s data or images, both those processed by DOCSOLUTIONS and those processed internally by a client desiring off-site storage, DOCSOLUTIONS offers an electronic vault in its Computing Center with cutting-edge hardware, software and telecommunications to keep information secure, yet provide clients with versatile access. Stored information is managed and backed by ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005 Certified Security Protocols, including on-line mirror database backups and external backup tapes that are rotated in the DOCSOLUTIONS vault, in a secure location outside the Computing Center.
For safekeeping of backup tapes, DOCSOLUTIONS uses a magnetic media vault in one of the Document Centers. In addition to the security precautions applied in the Document Centers, the vault has its own controlled access, humidity and temperature monitoring systems, fire-retardant walls and ceilings, and closed circuit TV monitoring.
As part of its outsourcing services, DOCSOLUTIONS delivers documents, images, data and tapes to its customers in various ways, in both physical and digital format, when it is needed. DOCSOLUTIONS has the transportation, logistics and operational capability that guarantee the correct handling and protection of information during transfers, as well as the hardware and software required to ensure control of the information when it leaves DOCSOLUTIONS' facilities either electronically or physically.
