ONLINE ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS AND DATA BASES

DOCSOLUTIONS uses tools like DocFlow and DocAccess that form a platform that allows documents, images, data bases and reports to be controlled and viewed from the moment in which they are produced, independently of whether the document was created in one or several offices in different geographical regions, or whether it was done by company staff or specialists subcontracted specialists by DOCSOLUTIONS.

Stored information is administered and backed up externally in our Computer Center under protocols certified under ISO 9001:2009 and ISO 27001:2005, including online and mirror backups of data bases, as well as backups on external tapes which are rotated in the DOCSOLUTIONS vault.
