RECORDS CLASSIFICATION, ORGANIZATION AND INVENTORY

Typically aimed at correcting problems in the historical and inactive files that companies and institutions accumulate over the years, this service conforms the filing system to the client's current organizational structure and brings historical records and inactive files into that system, incorporating technological tools for proper management and efficient consultation of the documentation.


When this is done, our clients can view their databases using DOCACCESS, our proprietary web-based application, restricted to authorized users of their databases and images via the Web.

Once the document management framework is established, the newly created structure is communicated to the rest of the organization to create a permanent culture of document organization in which the system is constantly updated.


Under applicable regulations and standards for both the public and private sectors, document retention policies and criteria are incorporated into the theoretical framework and information can then be processed and destroyed pursuant to the policies and regulations previously authorized by the client.
